Unity Statement of International Supporters for Peace in the Philippines Posted on

On October 15, 2015, the diplomatic community issued a unity statement  calling on the government, the Filipino people, and all concerned to show support for the passage of the ‪Bangsamoro Basic Law‬ amid the delays in the legislative process.

Nineteen ambassadors from Europe, North America, South America, Asia and Africa inked their signature and expressed their support and hope for the ‪Bangsamoro‬ peace process to emerge as an example in resolving conflict in other parts of the world.
